Fig marmalade

These figs were hand picked from fig trees in the Kambos of Chios, a fertile plain famous for its citrus trees, and were made into a delicious marmalade. Although not certified organic, the fig trees are not sprayed with pesticides.

Perfect on toast or to make a crostata or as an accompaniment to your cheese platter.
