Delivery
Orders to addresses on Hong Kong Island are delivered every Thursday. The cut off time for Thursday delivery is Wednesday 10pm. Orders to addresses in Kowloon and the New Territories are delivered by courier and usually take 2-3 days to be delivered.
Cost of delivery
There is a delivery charge of HK$50 for orders less than HK$1,000
Pick up from Pokfulam
You are welcome to pick up your order from:
18/f, Block 28, Baguio Villa (Lower), 550 Victoria Road, Pokfulam
Please email eugenie@olivetreehk.com to arrange a suitable time for pick up.
Payment for orders
You can pay for your order by:
- PayPal ("pay@olivetreehk.com"), which accepts all credit cards. No need to have a PayPal account,
- Cheque, made out to "OliveTreeHK Ltd." and sent to 18/f, Block 28, Baguio Villa, 550 Victoria Road, or
- Bank transfer to our HSBC account. The bank details will appear when you opt for manual payment.
